Here is a list of researchers who are involved in this project:
-
Fabrice Le Fessant is full-time researcher in the ASAP team at INRIA
Saclay. His research focuses on programming languages and massively distributed
applications. In the field of peer-to-peer systems, he proposed two protocols
for automatic garbage collection
[Le Fessant etal., 1998, Le Fessant, 2001],
and extracted and analysed two important traces of the eDonkey system
[Le Fessant etal., 2004, Handurukande etal., 2006].
He was the main developer of the MLdonkey multi-network file-sharing client
[MLdonkey, 2002].
- Anne-Marie Kermarrec is director of research and the
leader of the ASAP team at IRISA Rennes. Her research focuses on epidemic
(gossip-based) protocols in large-scale networks.
- Laurent Viennot is full-time researcher and leader of the
GANG team at INRIA Rocquencourt. His research focuses on graph theory
applied to networks, and on protocols for peer-to-peer networks.
